Calling from USA:
- Dial an access number. (Click “Access Numbers” above to find the list of access numbers in California).
- You get prompted for PIN, enter your PIN. (If you do not know your PIN, you can view it on “Recharge PIN” page).
- Enter the destination number (the number you are calling to) and press the pound key (#) to connect.
To place an international call: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number.
To place a call within the USA and to Canada: 1 + Area code + Phone number.
General calling tips:
To make another call, do not hang up: press star key twice (**).
If no connection is established within 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
