Dialing instructions:
Calling from USA:
- Dial an Access Nnumber. (Click “Access Numbers” above to find the list of access numbers in your state).
(If you get prompted for PIN and password, please enter the phone number setup for Discall Home service as PIN and the 4-digit PIN password you setup when you ordered the service. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it on “Recharge PIN” page).
- Enter the destination number (the number you are calling to) and press the pound key (#) to connect.
To place an international call: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number.
To place a call within the USA and to Canada: 1 + Area code + Phone number.
Calling from abroad:
- Dial an Access Number abroad. (Access Numbers can be found on this page – click “Access Numbers” above and select county you’re calling from).
- Enter registered phone number as PIN and your PIN password (4-digit). (If you do not remember your PIN password, you can reset it on “Recharge PIN” page).
- Enter the destination number (the number you are calling to).
Note:
To call to the USA or Canada, dial US number as if you were calling from USA: 1 + Phone Number (for example, 1 800 599 3045 without additional codes).
To call to/within other countries from abroad, dial destination number as if you were calling from USA: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number.
General calling tips:
To make another call, do not hang up: press star key twice (**).
If no connection is established within 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
