Dialing instructions:
Calling from USA:
- Dial an Access Number. (Local access numbers are available in 45 states - click “Access Numbers” above to find the list of access numbers in your state).
(Your phone numbers set up for PINless dialing will be automatically recognized and you will not have to enter Travel PIN when dialing. You can set up phone numbers for PINless dialing on “Recharge PIN” page). - Enter the destination number (the number you are calling to) and press the pound key (#) to connect.
- (If you get prompted for PIN, enter your Travel PIN).
To place an international call: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number.
To place a call within the USA and to Canada: 1 + Area code + Phone number.
Calling from abroad:
- Dial an access number abroad (Access Numbers can be found on this page – click “Access Numbers” above).
- Enter your Travel PIN. (If you do not know your Travel PIN, you can view it on “Recharge PIN” page).
- Enter the destination number (the number you are calling to).
Note:
To call to the USA or Canada, dial US number as if you were calling from USA: 1 + Phone Number (for example, 1 800 599 3045 without additional codes).
To call to/within other countries from abroad – dial as if you were calling from USA: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number.
Rates to call from other countries are different from domestic rates. To view proper rates - click “Rates” above and select a country you’re calling from in the “Rates From” table.
General calling tips:
To make another call, do not hang up: press star key twice (**).
To repeat your calling attempt to the same destination number, press star key twice (**) and then zero key (0) and pound key (#).
If no connection is established within 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
